Inspection Testing

Beazer electrical offers periodic inspection of your electrical installation whether domestic or business, anything from a 1 room office or a large commercial factory.

Home owners should have regular inspection of their wiring as statistics show that most accidents happen in the home, regular testing gives peace of mind and helps in the prevention of fires due to electrical faults.

All businesses have a duty under the electricity at Work Regulations 1989, to ensure the safety of all their employees at all times whilst at work.

We carry out full inspections of let properties, any persons that let a property should have that property tested and inspected at regular intervals.

House Sellers/Buyers

If you are buying or selling a house, you should have the electrical installation tested for safety. Switches and sockets may look new it does not necessarily mean that the wiring underneath is new. Beazer electrical can carry out the relevant testing to ensure wiring complies with the current regulations.

Certification

All installations will be issued with Periodic certificates that will provide the documentation confirmation of the safety of the installation.

Any deviations from the current regulations will be noted and remedial work (if any found), listed. On any occasion, the results of testing can be discussed and explained by phone, E Mail or preferably, in person.
